Financial Advisor Technology Platform Transforms XLR8 CRM System Into Client Communication Tool

Advisor Products announces integration of its client portal platform for financial advisors with XLR8 CRM system

WESTBURY, NY--Advisor Products Inc, a leading financial advisor technology and marketing company, today announced the launch of an interface with XLR8 for Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) application.

The integration transforms a financial advisory firm’s CRM system into a client communications tool. While CRM systems have long been used by advisory firms to manage their contacts and track tasks assigned to staff, the Advisor Products interface with XLR8 allows an advisory firm to manage and track client “to-dos.”

“A financial advisor can now assign a to-do to a client in XLR8 and the task is displayed in the client’s personal financial portal,” said Bruce Moulton, president of Moulton Strategic Partners, the creators of XLR8 CRM. “When an advisor asks a client to send in tax forms, meet to discuss estate planning, and deal with other important financial planning tasks, the client’s progress is tracked. Clients can comment on any to-do assigned by their advisor and comments are captured by both systems. An email notifies the client and advisor whenever a new to-do or comment is posted.
