Collection of Information About You

Except as specified in the preceding paragraph concerning webinars, Advisor Products, Inc. will not sell, rent, license, or exchange your personally identifiable information.  You may at any time prevent Advisors4Advisors Inc.’s use of your e-mail address by “opting out” of specific mailing lists and services.  To “opt out”, click the unsubscribe link in one of the emails sent from Advisors4Advisors or log into the site and change your subscription preferences in your profile settings..

Advisor Products, Inc. reserves the right to sell, rent, license, or exchange information about a user that is not personally identifiable, or that has been aggregated with information about some (or all) of the other users of the Site.  Accordingly, information that you submit to Advisor Products, Inc. General Legal Terms
You and Advisor Products, Inc. have agreed to this Policy within the State of New York, for all purposes.  All services that are furnished to you on (or through) the Site are deemed to be furnished within the State of New York.  All such services are being furnished by Advisor Products, Inc. through its personnel and computer equipment located within the State of New York.

All disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with this Policy (including without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in  (or having jurisdiction over) Nassau County, New York.  You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts over you.  You expressly waive any claim of forum non conveniens.  You agree to reimburse Advisor Products, Inc. for its legal fees and expenses of instituting (or defending) a lawsuit by (or against) you.  This Policy and its validity and effect will be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. 

This Policy (and any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site (including, without limitation, the Terms of Use)) constitute the entire agreement between Advisor Products, Inc. and you, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between Advisor Products, Inc. and you.  No action (or inaction) by Advisor Products, Inc. may be construed as a waiver of this Policy (or any part).  If any of the provisions of this Policy are held to be unenforceable by a court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Policy will continue in full force and effect.

Law Enforcement
Advisor Products, Inc. fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.  Advisor Products, Inc. reserves the right to release information to law enforcement agencies about users who Advisor Product, Inc. believes are in violation of this Policy.  Advisor Products, Inc. also reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that Advisor Product, Inc. believes to be unlawful and the identity of those who may be responsible.
