Andrew Gluck is a veteran journalist and founder and CEO of Advisor Products Inc., a marketing and technology company serving independent financial advisors.

Gluck founded Advisor Products in 1996. The company provides websites, client portals, content, brochures, and creative services to independent advisors.

Gluck began his career as a police-beat reporter at small daily newspapers in 1981. In 1983, he began ghost writing a newspaper column for the American Institute of CPAs. He returned to newspapers in 1986, covering Wall Street and writing a column for five years at The New York Daily News. From 1991 to 1996, Gluck covered wealth management at Worth magazine.

Since mid-1996, Gluck has been writing about practice management and the financial advice profession monthly in The Gluck Report, which is now published in Financial Advisor. In 2009, Gluck launched Advisors4Advisors, a practice management website for advisors.

Gluck earned a BA in journalism at New York University, and an MIA from the School of International Affairs at Columbia University. He and his wife, Mindy, have two children, Alison, 20, and Jason, 18, and live in Long Island with their three dogs, Ozzie, Sophie, and Wally.

Steve Gordonson has developed software and IT systems for over 25 years. In 1997, Steve co-founded AdvisorSites, a website development company, with Andrew Gluck. AdvisorSites later merged with Advisor Products Inc.

Gordonson oversees all technology systems at API, including development and maintenance of its content management and compliance systems, which are used by 1,800 advisory firms to manage their websites, email newsletters, and print newsletters. He is the chief architect of API’s Personal Client Portals system, overseeing development of interfaces with professional applications used by advisors. The company’s proprietary CRM system, which embeds all of API’s processes to create websites, newsletters, brochures and other products, is maintained by developers supervised by Gordonson, as are the company’s web servers and internal network.

Before joining Advisor Products, Gordonson consulted to Citibank, Comverse Technologies, Siemens, Lockheed Martin, and EDO Corporation. He designed and developed software used in biomedical instrumentation, satellite phones, EZPass toll systems, digital call recording, bank transaction messaging, and a wide range of other systems. Gordonson received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University, College of Engineering, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santa Clara. He and his wife, Lynn, live in Long Island with their daughter, Julie, 18, and their son, Josh, 21, who attends MIT.

Jim Voss is technologist. For the last 15 years, he's specialized in Web apps and managing small teams. Jim joined Advisor Products Inc. in 2008, leading the production staff and helping guide the company's technology.

Voss oversees client service and production at Advisor Products. He manages the project management group, service team, and sales representatives. Drawing on his background in user experience (UX) design and usability testing, Jim guides development of user interfaces for Advisor Products systems and client websites.

Before joining Advisor Products, Jim worked at Fatwire Software in engineering and product management and then managed the client services team that built sites for Bank of America, Ford, Walmart, Amtrak, Chanel and other large enterprises. Before Fatwire, Jim owned an IT consulting firm serving small businesses. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received a degree in Organizational Management from Manhattan College. Jim and his wife, Diana, live on Long Island with their sons Thomas, 7, and Peter, 4.
